1. Who we are

Coop Companion ("the Service") is operated by Alpha Sannoh ("we", "us", "the Seller"). By accessing or using the Service you ("the User") enter a binding agreement with the Seller.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you have authority to enter this agreement and are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. The service

Coop Companion is a virtual poultry-farm game where users buy in-game items (coins, gems, cosmetics) and optional premium subscriptions. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you may not: (a) use it for any unlawful purpose; (b) engage in fraud, spam or abuse; (c) infringe any intellectual-property right; (d) interfere with the security or operation of the Service (including malware, probing, scraping or unauthorized automation); (e) attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Intellectual property

All software, artwork, branding and content of the Service are owned by the Seller or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal entertainment.

7. Payments, subscriptions and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Full payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the customer portal accessible from paddle.net.

8. Virtual items

In-game coins, gems and cosmetics have no monetary value outside the Service, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except as required by Paddle's refund process.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion would be unlawful.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Seller against any claim arising from your user content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Seller is established, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
