We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any in-game purchase or subscription from Coop Companion, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of your order.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and sign in with the email you used at checkout — you'll find your purchase history and a "Request a refund" option for each transaction.
You can also contact our in-app support and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. If you are within the 30-day window of the most recent charge you can also request a refund of that charge.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
